Lydia has worked with more than 100 startups across all stages, bringing extensive experience in event management, marketing, acceleration programs, and banking. Her career reflects a well-rounded perspective on the startup ecosystem, enabling her to navigate its challenges with insight and creativity. Beyond her professional pursuits, Lydia is an avid outdoor enthusiast who has completed an Ironman 70.3, cycled across Egypt, and summited Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa.
