Daniel Lansberg-Rodríguez

Daniel Lansberg-Rodríguez is a fellow at the Comparative Constitutions Project where he specialized on issues involving constitutional transitions and institutional design. A Venezuelan-American, Daniel writes a weekly column for El Universal, Venezuela’s highest circulating independent newspaper and he is a regular contributor to ForeignPolicy.com. His analyses on law and international affairs have appeared in media outlets such as the New York Times/IHT, the Financial Times, the New Republic, Foreign Policy, the Economist, and Radio Free Europe; and he is likewise a frequent commentator on national and international media outlets. Daniel is a graduate of Carleton College and holds a masters degree from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago. Daniel grew up between New York City, Connecticut and Caracas, and he currently lives in Chicago,Illinois.
