Dr. Bogden is an attorney, researcher, and writer on international affairs. A Yale graduate and former Fox International Fellow in Istanbul, he earned a DPhil in International Relations from Oxford as a Clarendon Scholar. During his Fulbright Public Policy Fellowship, he conducted dissertation fieldwork in Kosovo. Dr. Bogden’s research has appeared in The Washington Post, The Atlantic, The Wall Street Journal, Lawfare, and other leading outlets. He has contributed textbook chapters for Routledge and the Marine Corps University Press. A guest lecturer at institutions including NYU’s Wagner School and the British Library.
